Thanks to NAGTROC members, I reached enough volume of the R35 jack pad tool to move production of the block to a CNC milling machine. I should receive the new blocks in about a month or so. Functionally there will be no difference from the hand crafted R35 tools that I am currently selling. However, I will be adding a small radius to the four vertical edges.

I started having the BMW tools made on a CNC milling machine early this year. My lead time for shipping the tools will improve significantly once we make this conversion. I appreciate the patience that some customers have had while I cranked out their orders manually. The base plates on the current tools are already made on a CNC turning machine. The base plates  are a common component across my entire jack pad tool product line for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and the Nissan GT-R.
