That is the paradox...
Flames shooting out the exhaust on up/downshifts etc is MASSIVELY cool...see all the race cars do it, awesome on a street car :irock: when it's just a powerful car doing what it does!

Artificially created flames just don't seem right, like a fake intercooler, or speakers making BOV sounds...well maybe not quite that bad.
Get a tune, get antilag, get BOV's adjusted how you like...

Don't get: Fake flamethrowers, little wheelwell "chrome eybrows", stupid side window rain/venting plastic things, front bug airshield, ANYTHING WHATSOEVER hanging from your rearview mirror, trailertrach "above-the-ass" tattoo, junky aero kit where you can see through the wheelwell to the front end and it's crooked anyway so it looks shytty, polka dot "wrap" (well wraps in general, ever heard of "Paint", I mean, SHYT...), debadge on a car NO ONE gives a shyt WHAT it is cause it sux ass, 20's if you don't keep them clean, Whistle Tips, hydraulics unless your car GETS AIR on hops, crappy window tint that bubbles and looks purple, "Hot Damns" for rims (look it up at urbandictionary.com), biplane or triplane bent crappy fiberglass wings, spinners that don't be Spinnin'...

Feel free to add to the "List of Don't Get--Because It Sux, Even Though The Owner Doesn't Realize It" :)

What about the "Back Off" mud flaps - Yosemite Sam of course?

vent ur bov's to atmosphere and run a bit rich with a fully open exhaust, u'll get more than flames and they'll be audible ones unlike the flame thrower kit ones.

as indicated above, flame throwers are for civics

Yes that is the key to spitting flames.  My GT-R shoots blue flames when I let off the throttle after a high speed run.

Other day I saw a Mexican [not being racist, just he didn't speak english] with a newer Honda Accord sedan that had a bumper sticker on it saying "YES its fast. NO you CAN'T drive it!" lol

Gladiator - Thanks for the advice. I can vent my GFB bov to atmosphere but I really don't want to change my Akrapovic exhaust system as I love the exhaust sound at the moment with cat less dodson down pipe. So I am still trying to work out what should i do with my exhaust.  But, definitely not the flame thrower kit. haha.

He meant de-badging a Toyota Camry for example. When Audi's de-badge for example though, it can look nice and clean though.
