Hi Guys,
I bought the Greddy PE-R Exhaust from the great folks at GTRR about three months ago.  I just received the exhaust today.  The main reason for the long wait time is the fact that these exhausts are built to order.  I have previously installed a Cobb resonated mid pipe, and I have chosen the Greddy exhaust mainly due to the fact that it was the least obnoxious sounding exhaust I can find.  Sure enough after install, I noticed only a slight noise level increase over the usual sound I get from just the resonated mid pipe.  Anyway loving it so far.  Here are some pictures, and videos for your viewing pleasure:

Sounds really good! I wonder how it would sound with catless downpipes.

Tom

Thanks!  That's the main reason I got this exhaust in order to judge if I could go with catless downpipes without going too loud with the sound levels.  The law enforcement here is coming down hard on exhaust modifications, and I don't want to draw that much attention to the car. :)

What is funny is that I have been researching online the various GReddy exhausts the past couple of days. I literally got off the phone with GReddy USA about 2 hours ago. Your system looked like the best for sound given the four separate resonator/mufflers and the 90mm piping. The GReddy rep said it was probably the smoothest system they make. Less than an hour later you posted your videos....pretty coincidental. I have AAM catless downpipes and AAM resonated mid-pipe, so I would love for you to slap on some catless down pipes and do the same type of informative video reviews!

Tom

That's weird that it took that long to get yours. I ordered mine from Forged and got it in under a week.

Here's a clip of my PE-R with ams catless downpipes and an hks catless mid. Everyone is amazed at how quiet it is

Thanks! It sounds very nice! One of my biggest concerns is drone/noise at cruising speed (2K-4K RPM). I want to be able to have a conversation without having to yell. How does the PE-R do in that area?

Tom
