Fueling wise on a car with Stock Downpipes, that's about what I like to be tuning at.

You are OUT of fuel and air metering. 120 injector duty cycle, and over 5V on the MAF sensors

If you want to be safe, I would run a bit less boost.  But thats up to you and your tuner.

Tell him you want something a bit more conservative.

What year car do you have?

Unless my ipad is showing this log incorrectly yout missing a few important things from your dsts log.

I would add waste gate duty to your datalog and ignition timing

91 or 93 octane ?

John

14-15 degrees of timing, 100% WGDC

Look at the last 2 logs

Chang I love how you just wanna know the truth and what is real!  I'm the same way!

To the OP.  The answer to the question in your title is no.  100WGD, 22+psi on pump gas is crazy aggressive with stock turbos.  Your fuel system is beyond maxed out as Bill said and your STFTs are not consistent with what I would call an acceptable tune if I was doing it.

Depending on what year your car is you also may want to check out this thread

http://www.gtrlife.c...__fromsearch__1

Because based on your timing numbers, boost and AFRs I find it hard to believe the car isn't actually knocking.

Personally I would ask your tuner to please tune your car at 19-20 PSI and if he did touch the knock sensitivity tables to please put them back.

If I can be of more help let me know.

We also don't know what year it is.. If its a 12-13 then it has the wrong firmware and likely a CBA tune.

boost looks lower in the last logs.....one thing you also want to be aware of....when running the car rich you will see higher injector duty...as they are passing more fuel.  Richer is conservative....but the injectors will need to be changed to lower duty cycle while maintaining the safer/richer AFR.....you could get more aggressive and lean the car out to lower duty cycle but that would be counter intuitive.

best bet is to get larger injectors if you want to see lower injector duty cycle. Your Air Fuel ratio looks very safe at 11.1......  injectors seem to be having no problem providing enough fuel at this point....the injector duty cycle (as well as a few other parameters in the cobb logging) arent 100% accurate and are really more of a baselining tool than anything.  dont hold them to task on accuracy.  I have seen injector duties as high as 130+% while maintaining commanded AFR's .....the calculations these computers spit out are influenced by many other scales so its not going to be perfect.

Have mas voltage and injectors all over 100% is not a safe practice on a tune.  There are reasons why no oem cars do that.  Upgrade your injectors and get 3" intake and retune would get all parameters under equipment maker limits.  Basically when mas voltage is over 4.91v it is saturation region, it cant tell how much more air is coming in.

I would think if you do a pull to top speed or hard into 6th the car will cutout based on my experience.

Update your Cobb AP. The last version had problems with showing zero knock. Especially in 2010's. After the Jan 2013 update they fixed the problem.

As in not showing knock or too much?
