The seat itself feels about the same as far as side bolstering except the leather feels "a little more plush" almost like its not pulled as tight as the regular premium seat. One thing I noticed was in pictures the thread stitching on the red almost looked like it was yellow but in person its like a elegant rose cherry blossom look to it.

Even at the $4K price tag I think anyone in the market for a 2014 Premium should at least consider opting for this interior especially if you want a white black or gray car as those 3 colors will go wonderfully with it. White with the red has this classic JDM feel to it though. I'm biased toward everything looking like its off a race car from carbon this to recaro that and in the pictures when this first came out I thought it's nice but not my taste.

After seeing it in person if I was in the market for a premium GT-R I would definitely consider this for myself probably in gunmetal as i think that combo would offer a great contrast. There have been a lot of critics of the interior and the ones I had myself where for the most part addressed in the DBA-R35 update. Although will never live of to some interior connoisseurs, this interior really does show an effort to offer the customera higher end experience.



These first pics give it almost an orange hue to it but that is not really accurate. It's like a deep clay color almost like high end pottery.
