I drive all the way from NYC to Freehold nissan in NJ, the service manager Leo and GTR tech Andy there are great folks.

I did a chit ton of reading leading up to my decision to make this my go to dealership, and it was the one with least fishy reviews and member feedback, whereas most others have at least a few negative encounters listed here and there.

So far no complaints.

I was just at Koeppel Nissan, this is my second time there and everything was smooth. I work with Chris who is always helpful and have no issues. I wish I recalled the GTR mechanics name, but cannot recall at this time as I only met him once when I was there a few months ago. He wasn't there the day I dropped off or picked up by GTR unfortunately.
I used to go to Hudson Nissan in Jersey City for a long time and didn't have any issues there either. They changed service managers and I needed to get something done on my GTR and didn't get a call back after 3 tries so I tried Koeppel and have been pretty happy since.

I'd push on Koeppel Nissan as well. But ask for Joe Clem and / Chris. Everything will go smooth from there. He's handled my previous R35, as well as a ton of my clients.

Probably wont mean anything, but you can tell Chris you are friends with Jeff, with the titanium GTR they just serviced.

I try to meet Joe each time I go, but he is either out or busy with client/meeting. It's all good, I am sure he and I will meet sooner or later.

I just had my GTR service at Freehold Nissan and I did not have a good experience with them. The issues I had was that they had some valet guy drive my car when I arrived to have it parked outside. Then when I went to pick it up, it was parked outside where a couple of kids were all over the car. I call the service manager and told them about the situation and he apologized, but it didn't sound genuine so I am taking my business to bridgewater Nissan. At least they didn't park my car outside and the GTR technician drove the car instead of the valet.

Plus I got a printout of the specification of the alignment and the POS that was performed by Bridgewater Nissan.

That's not right. No GTR should be parked outside and no one but the certified tech should be in the car

I believe Koppel parks the GTRs outside as mine was outside. I had Hudson nissan also park my gtr outside once and one side had a lot of bird poop on it. They let me hose it down and get everything off. Then never parked it outside again. But after service manager left I had a hard time making an appointment and getting a call back which is why I went to Koppel

Just moved to the city. I have an issue with my Audio system that needs to be replaced under warranty. I was directed to White Plains Nissan, Horrible Horrible service!!!!

I don't have much free time in weekdays since I work up in Englewood cliffs. I'm considering Hudson Nissan since they are fairly close to me. Any feedback? Thanks

Why are you guys going to the Nissan dealers?

They quite literally know nothing about these cars.

An independent GTR shop will have 20000x the knowledge...
I have no cars
