^ lol why ? What would that show that a time slip or a 60-130 or 50-159 metric would not ?

Earlier in the thread, Cicio states that this tune/car would likely trap 140-142......

I do like reading TSM threads that are posted by Cicio or his customers and reference them often. I just can't recall seeing anything with trap speed or time slips related to the Gateways. Usually dyno charts which is okay too. Seeing some videos and numbers from an actual time slip may have have more visual impact. Although we reference 60-130 here, not everyone uses, can relate to, or log that metric for a number of reasons.

Seems there’s a lot of these turbos out there but no times yet, I’m just interested in seeing some real time slips...

Again, earlier in THIS thread, Cicio states that THIS tune/car would trap 140-142.  I'm not sure how much more "real" you want it, since said info is coming directly from the horse's mouth.  That said, they are mid 9s capable.....

Posting up by unbiased experience.

Few weeks ago I had my FBO (AMS race FMIC, AMS Downpipes, ID1300x,SBD 4" exhaust)  + Gateways build finished up at Boostin Performance. On their mustang dyno, I made 730whp on 21psi with e85 -- I wouldn't be surprised seeing 800's on a dynojet with all being considered. Unfortunately, was hoping to get to the track in early April, but GLD is closed with the stay at home order. Happy to post up results once they reopen.

We are hoping to get some track/dragy data soon from some customer cars once all this covid-19 nonsense is behind us.

I will have a similar set up, car is currently at Cicio now and should be done in the next couple weeks.  I decided to go with Elite Prime's instead of the gateway just b/c I plan to upgrade in the future, but should produce very similar numbers.  I will post dyno and draggy numbers when I get the car back.

Probably an odd set up compared to most w/ a catted midpipe and stock exhaust, currently in Ca which is a nightmare for modded cars, but will be in Tx full time soon, so will probably change midpipe/exhaust in the future.

Car will have the following mods broken out in my stages of install:

1st:

AMS intake

AMS Down pipe

AMS Catted mid pipe

Stock Exhaust

EcuTek

ID 1300 injectors

DWC300C fuel pump

Flex Fuel

2nd:

Elite Primes

Boost Control Solenoid

Cicio catch can

ETS Super Race IC

Tial BOV

Speed Density

You have done what I said is the best bang for the buck for a long time. Swap the turbos and get just the supporting mods needed. Should have a blast on 20’s and show a lot of tail ;)
TSM Billet Crank 4.1 w/ CP billet pistons, TSM Elite Prime turbos, TSM Wet Sump Oling upgrade, flex fuel, ETS mid and down pipe, STM titanium axle back, STM race FMIC, ID2000s, Shep One K with drop gears and all the goodies., DS Axles, Volk Saga 18 10/12 (MT ET Streets), Advan GT Premium 20 R888. 1450+ hp / 1210+ tq

Old setups : Alpha 9 w/ AMS 3.8, GTX3582R Gen II w/ AMS 4.1 billet crank, GTX3582R Gen II w/ AMS 4.0 big bore billet crank and of course FBO E85.

Do you need an intercooler for the Elite Gateways ? If so would the ones in that group buy be suitable ? I don't know anyone in NZ that has these turbos so don't have anyone to ask ! Will only be run on 93. Does anyone have a definite list of the supporting mods needed ? Maybe someone from Cicio can chime in. Thanks.

I’d say yes on the Intercooler and have no idea of the group but. My buddy lived in Christchurch and said it got pretty warm in the summer. On stock motor your typical choices should be fine like ETS.

If you run the elite primes, you need to get another exhaust system.  The stock exhaust will choke off those turbos and you are wasting your money.  This was per Doug Ross when he installed my Elite Primes last year.

I also considered the Gateway turbos but decided on the Elite Primes because I wanted to ability to go higher should the bug ever hit me (it won't, these turbos scare the shit out of me already and they are no where near all in with my setup).  And, in the event I sell the car, these turbos will be more desirable I believe.
