For Sale is a well taken care of 2009 GTR, Premium Edition.
I purchased the car 2 years ago, where it was previously owned by a dealership and kept in the center of the showroom.

I have never launched or tracked the car. It has been garage kept. Newish tires, new oil change, new trans fluid flush and diff fluid change. New brake pads and rotors. All service / maintenance performed on time as recommended and records are available. Car has never seen snow or salt. The car is completely stock.

Good luck with the pending sale. My first, brand new, GT-R was a red 2009. Question, though. Since your description of the vehicle says the first owner was a dealership, and it sat in the showroom, how did it accumulate 39,000 miles? Was that in the two years you owned it? Also, are those black wheels stock for a 2009? I seem to remember the wheels on my 2009 being wider spokes and fewer of them.

Hey! The owner of the dealership himself "bought" the car -- he was technically the first owner. He would put around 1000 miles on his car yearly. I bought the car at 13,500 miles 2 years ago, and drove it to 38,740 miles. 

 

The wheels are from a DBA. I picked them up as a summer set up, the original owner had them powder coated black. The original CBA wheels have my winter tires on them, and will be posted for sale in the Fall. 

 

Just got the wire deposit for the full cash amount today. As soon the new owner picks it up, I will post as sold.

 

Sad day for me, but the last two years have been a blast. Theres always an opportunity to jump into a newer one.

You got a lot of happy miles out of it, not like some GT-R's that are enshrined in garages for purgatory. But, some people can afford to collect cars and maintain a stable. I'm not one of those people. The car I buy I drive every day.
