Map 1 is lower boost daily driving. Map 2 is pops and bangs. Map 3 is flames. Map 4 is kill mode/highest boost. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Then yea go to Ivey at this point if you think there is something wrong with the tune. I thought it would be something simple like having it on the wrong map, or maybe the boost toggle Cruise button on the steering wheel is set to low. Hopefully it isn’t something serious. I know pops/bangs/flames can cause compression issues if used too much.

I don’t use map 2 and 3 often. Only when I want to put on a show :D I’m really familiar with all the ecutek features so it’s nothing simple like the boost turned down via cruise control toggle. I’m going to run a couple passes on the strip. That will confirm if I’m low on power or if the car only put those numbers down on the dyno because of the heat, elevation, etc... I’ve emailed Sean Ivey to get a quote on a dyno tune to get an idea if it’s confirmed my tune is the issue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Boost is significantly limited in 1st and 2nd gear and once you hit 3rd boost is still soft, which explains your torque curve.  This is purely a function of the commanded WGDC.  Ignition timing is not bad, but intake cam timing can be ramped out sooner so it flows better on the topend.

So your saying theres definitely way more power to gain from the tune? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You won’t pick up 100wheel like you mentioned before. Only so much the stock turbos put out and they fall hard towards redline. But, you will have more in all your gears.
TSM Billet Crank 4.1 w/ CP billet pistons, TSM Elite Prime turbos, TSM Wet Sump Oling upgrade, flex fuel, ETS mid and down pipe, STM titanium axle back, STM race FMIC, ID2000s, Shep One K with drop gears and all the goodies., DS Axles, Volk Saga 18 10/12 (MT ET Streets), Advan GT Premium 20 R888. 1450+ hp / 1210+ tq

Old setups : Alpha 9 w/ AMS 3.8, GTX3582R Gen II w/ AMS 4.1 billet crank, GTX3582R Gen II w/ AMS 4.0 big bore billet crank and of course FBO E85.

Yes, should be able to get consistent with what others have obtained.  Tune is not necessarily bad except for the intake cam timing needs adjusting, but conservative on how boost is ramped in and how much boost is run.  Additionally, E% increase (E65 to E85) should net another ~1-2deg of ignition timing, which will also increase torque.

Run a 1/4 and your trap will tell you if itâs low or not. Trap speeds are a more accurate reflection of hp. Every dyno reads different, but if that tq blip is exacerbated when your not heat soaked I would get it pulled out. Probably best to jump back on the dyno when it is cooler. Good luck.

When are you coming back to NY? Might have my GT-R waiting!

BTW Forum Folks, this guy Alpha is the man to tune your car. Spent a half day in 90 degree weather fine tuning our Supra on ProEFI with 3 customers waiting. Car ran flawlessly. Didn't rush or anything, took his time and ironed out all the kinks.

Well said again  People get too caught up on dyno numbers. It's one thing to be down 100+whp but it's another to be down 20, 30, 40. I've been on plenty dyno and dyno rooms the car dyno "low" per Internet standards and went to the track only to trap what it should or higher
