You are probably smack dab in the middle for Cicio shops, so either is a no brainer if you are going to do anything substantial.
UG in Charlotte if you just need some bolt on work done, but not sure what their lead times look like or if they will even schedule it.
Any competent shop can go fbo, but tube will be 90% of your drivability. These things can clunk and buck like you are learning how to drive a stick.
