I'm just asking for what you would personally do. I'm still on the fence, but since it's a slow day today, might as well see what others would do.
I found me my Nismo. Super Silver. 2018 w/29 miles. So, basically new. They want $149k for it. My hunch.............eh, seems fair.
They are wanting to give me $90k on my '19 Track Edition. It has 5000 miles on it. Yes, I drive it. Alot. Can't help it. I have put about $3k into it. Well, $6k actually if you include the ceramic coating. It is FBO/Pump gas.
I still owe $107k. I don't plan on putting any $ on the deal and just rolling in the negative.
First offer I said no as I want to keep my payment around $2500/mo.
KBB shows $139k on theirs, $90k on mine. So, I'm leaning towards if they came down to $139k, I'd go ahead and do it. It's not a do or die deal as I just got interested in this car the other day, so I figured I'd see if I can get a deal done. I get the game. It's a dealership. They will end up winning in the end. They always do. And I know I don't have much play room on this kind of car so. But, I don't have to have the car, so I have that going for me.
What would you guys do if you were putting a deal together? Just curious on how ya'll would work this deal. I think $90k is a tick low on my car. I think $149k is a tick high on theirs. But, isn't that how it always is? Haha.
Thanks.
