i use KVB Auto Transport -- a broker -- and jsut shipped a car coast to coast for $1300 (open) and if closed $1600

Car has full stock exhaust + downpipes in storage (for future SMOGs). I believe car is not subject to SMOG until four years of age (from the model year date). So in this case if sale occurs in 2020, it is not subject to CA SMOG since it is under four years old from manufacture date.
