Yup. I have a couple of people that have sent me pm's saying that because of NDA's signed, they can not post about their experience at Bach Racing.  

No one has ever signed an NDA from me ever

It's been a week since this post went up. Has anyone gotten any resolution?

So are you saying you have ripped of so many people in so many ways you cant remember who they are anymore? You really need them to make themselves known by show of hands?

I am saying I know there are a few upset but seems to be a lot of the me too people saying things that I have never done a bit of business with. So making this post will allow people to come forward if they really feel wronged. And clear the air and make the proper corrections. There are some people that are just upset because I have told them no I will not cover something. And some whole feel like they have been ripped off. So instead of running from a bad situation I am going to take my situation and find out if there is anyone else I am unaware of.
I have made poor business decisions and had some mistakes. I am not perfect and I will do my best to correct the situation.

I strongly suggest addressing this post. As of right now you are not a paying vendor but a regular member charged with some serious accusations. If you do not wish to address these concern here, that is your prerogative but your posting and pm'ing privileges will be pulled.

I will make a post soon addressing all the issues and what steps have been taken to resolve. I made this post to specifically find out if there is anyone else that I am unaware of that has a problem to message me or email me so as to make it right. That is all I want. 

I just want to make this short. I am sorry for all the issues lately. There are some I know are legitimate concerns and some that have become hearsay and some are from people I have never done a single bit of business with.

Anyone that feels I have done them wrong please send me a PM. Detailing what it is and I will take measures to make things right.
