Possible to replace various u-joints?

As the title asks. Does anyone have any experience with replacing the u-joints in the 2 main driveshafts in the car? I don't see a replacement part available, it looks like nissan only sells the complete replacement shafts.

2017+ Side Skirts. Who's upgraded? Best place to buy? Price?
