The Top part of the add a fuse jumper , you only need to do this if your car is a 2017 because of the air conditioner display. If your car is a 2017 put the diode on top Arrow of the add a circuit jumper facing the wire you are connecting to. That will fix the Air conditioner not lighting up.

After doing the original DRL mod, my in-car display auto dim also stopped working.  I have a 2015.  I added the shunt today and now it works great!  The Littelfuse 02400113P Automotive Fuses Diode Resistor Shunt Fuse recommended by Daddy21 did the trick.  Thanks Daddy21.

In Topic: Daily Driving VS Garage Queen

30 May 2019 - 10:39 PM

I daily drove my 2015 GT-R for over 3 years. I just picked up a new Honda Ridgeline RTL-E to help relieve the GT-R of unfair duties, like hauling my MTB around on the roof with sea suckers and parking in rutted gravel MTB parking lots, etc. I also can give it a break from the kids throwing their backpacks around during school drop off and pick up. I am looking forward to keeping so many miles off the car too as well as letting it stay in the garage on rainy days. Either way my GT-R is no garage queen. We will be back at VIR for a full course event in July!

It works fine if you hold the switch all the way up....just the one click auto feature thats flaky.

Yes, me too. Holding it all the way up is fine.

I have the exact same issue. The dealer has tried to recalibrate it twice. Then they completely replaced the switch mechanism. Still the problem persists. The auto up works properly about 50% of the time. I have been dealing with this ever since owning the car. I have given up ever getting it resolved. Watching this thread though...
