Due to the request of pics and install incrustations, I decided to take some pics and installation instructions for you guys to look over at. Please Pm/Call in for any questions. -khal

-Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.

-Remove the front bumper

-Clean off any finger prints or oil from the surface before installation

-Install the DRL in a position where it will not interfere with the bumper fitment

-This system can be wired to the Ignition switch or the light switch (side marker)

-Reconnect the negative terminal of the battery and check that the DRL is functioning properly.

-When reinstalling the bumper, be careful to not scratch the DRL surface.

-The use of painters tape to protect from scratching is recommended during bumper installation.

Led chips are lined up with double sided tape under the headlight light housing

The black wire is for ground, and the red wire is for power
Posted Image

The black wire is thus grounded
Posted Image

There is a GREEN wire running from the sidemarker that you can use as a power source for the red wire

Hi Khal,

Can you show how you taped the red power wire into the side marker green wire?

Is it mandatory to remove the front bumper?

Updated pics. You can solder or use a simple splice connector commonly found at your local radio shack. I would advise on removing the bumper for a clean and headache free install. -khal

Thank you for the pics. Man just checked the ESM for front bumper removal. There is a ton of stuff that has to be removed, in particular the lower front panel with a million bolts and the fender liners. wheels gotta come off too!? Doesnt seem so simple doing this in my garage. But I'll try it.
