See video of initial testing. The trans is in Park, but it also works in gear and launches nicely, independently of VDC mode, but I need to spare my clutches and my driveway :paddleshift:

Looks awesome !

for the people who have Original LC1 , how will that work? When i have the Original Lc1 (4500) all the 006 Cobb TCM tunes are in gray and can not be picked... I think it has to do with LC1 rom ...

The logic in the various TCMs handles the clutch operation. My new work handles the staging RPM and throttle behaviour, and breaks the link between it and any VDC or TCM restrictions. Obviously it needs testing on the various types of TCM, but I think it will be good. Give us a little time to work out all the practical details, but I'm very pleased indeed with the way the RPM shoots up to just over 4000 RPM and holds :) I have been through many different iterations to get there.

Awesome. Love how quick it comes up to 4000 rpm.

Thistle, I take it that its tied to an engine map change, ie. changing from Map 0 to Map 1 with change both engine and TCM launch settings?
Groundbreaking stuff as usual mate :)

Great development!

I suppose switching TCM LC maps are seperate from Engine maps aren't they?

Revs shoot up very nicely, but do they do that also when in gear?

Ben

Thanks guys, glad you like it. Your appreciation drives my work.

Yes they are tied together Martin and Ben. Adjustment on the AP will also be something I ask Joe to write. He doesn't know that yet as I haven't asked him.

They shoot up great in gear Ben, just saving my clutches.

Yes they are tied together Martin. I'd be more specific, but imitators are watching ;)
