I'm in the market and not sure what to do. I'm not a fan of waiting but I don't want to buy a 12 if more big changes are on the way for 13 and don't want to buy either if neither are worth the additional money over a nice 9-10. My biggest gripe is no exciting colors so any news on that front could sway me, I kinda like yellow. Any logical assistance would be great

I would wait for the 2013 if you plan on keeping it relatively stock as to not void any warranties. If you wanna go balls out grab a well-kept 09-11. If you wanna do bolt on mods and a tune, I'd go for a 2012.

Yellow is not gonna happen....the 13 will have changes but probably not significant....more like the changes from 2009-2010

I'm kinda confused by your post though....first you say you don't want to buy a 2012 and wait for a 2013 but then you talk about buying a 2009 or 10.....there are significant differences between the CBA cars and DBA cars.....
