the veyron driver is not racing but texting while driving, this Enzo is not FXX as i know they are not allowed to use it on street.

There are a few street legal FXX's in US and atleast 1 here in UAE( saw one!!).

There are pics of it in a house in Miami.

This one is actually pretty close to home for me. The guy is the owner of ZR Auto out of Calgary, Alberta. They are one of the few exotics dealerships in Western Canada. Anyways, the car is not an FXX and they said they will likely be able to fix the water damage on the Enzo.
