So a while back I had a budget and wanted to move from an FBO to new turbos, engine build and transmission. I was so ready to pull the trigger and one day I woke up and realized that I can get one of my dream cars with that budget. So I started looking for my dream, 68 Camaro SS 350 V8. Fell in love with one in Long Island, did the trip to test drive. Loved it and finally had it delivered yesterday!

I've had my 68 SS Restomod for 2 years now. It was restored by someone and then sold it to a dealership in Long Island, where I then purchased from. The dealership did not know all the details and work that was done to the car, I also had little knowledge on classic muscles (my first classic), and had to do my own research.

Below is what came on the car.

Suspension

  • Upgraded Brakes (unknown)
  • Sumitomo HTRZII 235/45/17 & 270/40/17

Interior & Exterior

  • Classic Instrument G/stock Gauges
  • Classic 15″ 3 spoke Steering Wheel
  • Custom 2-tone Paint-job
  • Cowl Induction 2″ Hood
  • OER Injection Front Spoiler
  • Classic Instrument G/stock Gauges

I had several problems with the car (i wanted an incomplete SS so I can enjoy re-building it to Pro-Touring), the carb kept choking out, tune was off, car over-heated and just kept stalling. Fast-forward 1 year, I shipped it back home in KSA and searched for the best muscle car mechanic. Finally decided on the build, that began last November 2018. Below is what have been completed.

Suspension (Ride Tech Street Grip)

I love it. One of my favorite cars. How much did you pay for that beauty if you don't mind me asking?

I think that he means the price tag of the gas in the pick of your car at the gas station
Oh, that particular shell station is the most expensive because its the only one in the middle of the city. I think 3.33/gallon for 93 where others are 2.3
