2011 GT-R GTA Meet (New GTA Meet Video Inside, Last Page)
Hi everyone,
I haven't been around that much in the past two months - so when I checked back on the Canadian side, I saw the GTA meet thread - but it was from last year.
So I thought I would start one for 2011.
I don't know if this will be the last meeting of the season - but it is getting colder - so I think that it would make sense for us to get together soon.
As to the dates - I am good to meet any time after September 24th.
We could look at September 30th, or maybe October 1st?
Let me know what everyone thinks...

Thank-you for responding!!! I was seriously getting worried everyone had put their cars in storage...
To GTRM3 - I totally agree - so if we want to meet first and round everyone up for a bit (chat and relay some stories from the summer) and then go for a cruise, I think that is a great idea - very little as impressive as 15+ GT-R cruising down the road and highway together...
Any cruise routes are welcome!
All right - we had a record of 16 I believe last time out - so there are many people left to chime in...Mike, Jerry, Nick (maybe we can see the car?), Jeff, Sal...(That's right, I'm calling you out) don't be shy!
It's a good start...let's keep the momentum going here!

Hey Nick like Jerry I am out of the country (so slow to respond) but Congrats...a baby girl is great news (I hope everyone is healthy and happy). I would have sent this privitely but in my few moments here today I cannot figure out the new site design (when I clicked your name could not see a link for "send a message"). As to the cruise/meet count me in but do not get back into country unitl morning of the 1st -- so 1st and 2nd better for me (leave again first thing on teh 3rd....so not too late if we make it the 2nd). But I am up for anything.
Well - I have to say I'm suprised on many levels...
First and foremost - Nick - CONGRATULATIONS!!! - That is awesome news!!! And putting your engine in isn't too shabby either...
Okay - so for the meet - I want everyone to come - so Jeff, if you are just returning the 1st - it is the best day (according to the weather so far). I will keep an eye on it. As it turns out - I will be in the US until the 30th myself anyways...So let's shoot for Saturday late afternoon eveningish the 1st of October.
The agenda - I think the meet is a given - but perhaps, if it is as nice weather as it promises, we could make our way out for a cruise. Please let me know any routes you would like to take.
I was even thinking that we could stop somewhere scenic and take some pictures. My camera is pretty good (although I am personally far from professional) - so that is a thought.
As to where we will meet - our "normal" spot seems to be a good spot that everyone already knows (and the parking is good).
