Someone with a 2012 needs to confirm if that is true.

Holding the transmission mode in save for 4 seconds puts the 2012's in RWD only???

yeah its true but it only works at like 6mph or under

uhh and yeah it had comfort mode in previous models

53/47 is not lop sided

Wasn't this for the purpose of making a U turn? It is pretty annoying that AWD kicks in making a U turn on 09-11 models.

yeah its to reduce the binding in the front on slow tight turns and in the cold

You would think they would check their facts a bit before doing the review

Nahhhhhhh...

This car had rumors about it since its inception, why kill the trend?

Aw damn I should have remembered they did that on the 2012. Damn video had me excited. I figured how on earth did I miss this awesome feature lol.

I always tell my friends to not be aggressive when making U-turns in my car. I hate the binding noise. So you have to put it in to RWD only mode manually and not go over 6 mph? I would have assumed it did that automatically in parking lots or very low speed.

You can put 09-11s in 'snow' mode. It was suggested on this forum a while back - I don't remember how and why, but it seems to prevent binding while doing low speed tight maneuvers.
