As im sure most of you already know, the latest LC4 offering from Cobb now allows us to launch the 2011 and 2012's with VDC off.... we had the opportunity to test the new LC in conjuction with a tune on a 2012.....the result?...WOW!!... this is how they all should be...power on demand and gobs of it....I can honestly say this is the best version of LC yet...and as the files are getting tweaked further I see great potential on the horizon.....great job Cobb!... and dont worry....track times are on the way!

Btw, nice post count jack!!
Nice Jack will I benefit from this upgrade?
with drag radials and good track prep YES!
Nice launch.. On another note apple should come out with the feature that does not let the phone record video if its not horizontal.
i believe its available for 2009-2011 ... but there are a few quirks i think they are ironing out before making it a public release.
Yep, it's working very well on 2009s... still ironing out some bugs for the 10/11's. Shifting behavior is much improved as well... shifts are even crisper and no bog rolling forward in first from a stop.
+1 to HP and Cobb, great work as always!

This in itself will be worth it. The factory shift logic has a lot to be desired during mundane commuting.

The difference is night and day, I have no idea why Nissan isn't offering this to the CBAs. It really is a travesty.
Nice work Jack, that was bad ass. What RPM did the car launch at? How much power on this GTR and was it o street tires?
This makes buying a Cobb ap for those who haven't a no brainer

I'll let Jack chime in on his setup, but I launched my E85 tuned setup with crappy stock A/S Dunlops from 4500 RPM... no spin, just bite and go. LC4 is freaking awesome!
nice video Mr Hollywood!! lolol its true...lc4 is the shit!!

I approve of this message ;)

LC4 really is amazing. I cant wait to use it when the good DA comes with some good tires. I am hoping for good things..
Yeah. Sorry for the crappy video. I only had my iPhone with me at the time...and I held it vertical. Anyway, the launches are great now. Coming from normal lc4, Cobb lc4 doesn't have that annoying hesitation since the vdc is not interfering. Right now, the car is all stock minus Jacks tune. Track times first, then more mods

I guess it's about time to update my Cobb 005 to 006!
