Just an idea of what I paid......my 6000 mile service cost me $78 for the oil change....very cheap and I think the dealer hooked me up because I helped him move some cars.....

12K mile service: I told them to do it as the book suggests, nothing less.....I was not able to do the 12 month POS because I've had the car less than 9 months which is the shrotest time frame in which they will pay for it....I'll do that in the Spring at 12 months....

Labor $360.....included the oil change, replacing the cabin micro filter, inspect/ lubricate suspension and steering system, inspect diff and trans, exhaust system, throttle chamber, air fpump, engine stability and performance inspection.....

Parts and Environmental: $122

Total: $488

Wow; you're racking up the miles quick, awesome you get to drive it that much. Is it a DD or lots of long trips?

It's my daily....as long as there is no snow I'll drive it all winter as well.....I have the cold weather package so hpefully the tires will be better than the summers on my 09....there's others here as well that may have more miles on their 12 than me.....

I also drive my 2010 everyday, also in the winter when there is no snow, I have the cold weather package and drove the car thru last winter 0 problems 0 issues. The car was excellent. The heated seats and the interior cabin was unbelievable due to the climate control system. unlike my 911 climate control which is God awful. Good luck this winter.I also had the 12 mos POS done The cost was about $200 which included the oil change and the in cabin filter everything else was included.

The next pos after the 1000 mile pos is 12 months (not 12,000 miles) from what I remember reading in the 2012 manual. Wasn't it just supposed to be an oil change and in-cabin filter change at 12,000 miles? Maybe its just me but it looks to me like they took you on the labor charge.

i just got my oil changed last week at 3200 miles.... brought in my own oil from walmart and i was charged 3/10s of an hour labor plus a filter.... think i paid $26... so about $68 total for the change... usually they charge me 1/2 hour ( i think thats fair) but i gave the tech $40 cash for the midpipe install so he just put down 3/10s this time..... but it evened out as i paid full price for a set of wheel locks while i was there.....

probably going to go until next may for my next oil change when i get my first POS

Its just crazy how different dealers can be, mine want an arm and leg for everything. Yours hooks you up, installs parts that void warranty and technically emissions illegal. Its crazy, wish i had a better hook up.

If you have a 2012 model why did you have a 6k service as it is not due till 9k?

In the UK, Europe and Japan the 2012 (UK MY2011) GT-R service schudule is 9k and not 6k miles.
That's 9K km, not miles....

i just posted whats on my copy of the dealer service manual.... i have no idea what it says in the owners manuals because due to a mix up my car didnt come with any manuals.....

regardless of what it says i do mine about every 4K or so miles..... no way i would let it go 9k so its sort of a non issue for me i have my own schedule.. i dont get it in really high temps but do to autoX i do a lot of high rpm and redline driving
