yeah my brother is looking to get out of his 2013 Mustang GT into something more "refined" so im wanting to keep an eye on the ordering process incase he decides to pull the trigger on one. I take it they arnt going to be how the M1 was right? meaning they will be as easy to get as a M4? pricing I heard was like 51-53K startingI have Discussed ordering this M2. I was told good luck as no allocations yet.
Im 6'1" and 279 and easily fit in my wife's 135i and even have room to bring the seat back further. I cant imagine its smaller than the 135.I believe $51k is starting. Will likely be a little difficult at first, but should be readily available like the M3/M4 after a short time based on what I've seen/heard.
I think I would personally still take an M4, but that's simply due to it's size and my size. My large 6'3" self likely wouldn't fit comfortably in a 2-series.
I'm more legs than torso, and those extra 2" make a pretty solid difference. Oddly enough, I feel like I had more leg room in my e92 M3 than I do in my f10 M5.Im 6'1" and 279 and easily fit in my wife's 135i and even have room to bring the seat back further. I cant imagine its smaller than the 135.
yeah the two cars arnt in the same bracket for sure but there is something about both of them being more purist and focused compared to other cars within the brand that is appealing.Yea but eh Porsche is twice the price.
Yeah, very easy to get an M4 to $90-100K when optioned well. Still, the F82 has a soft spot in my heart after driving one around for a week.Properly equipped these will probably be over $60k. Equipping an M4 properly adds $12k-$15k depending on your priorities.
Well that is interesting. The main issue with BMW Twinpower is their use of DI engines and the need to have it walnut shell blasted every 40K which BMW doesn't cover in their warranty but admits it should be done. Its not cheap either depending on where you live. DIY- its like a 6-8 hour job with $250 in parts/ blasting media and blaster
Yeah it kinda blows for all DI engines, It is usually 750-1000 bucks evey 40k miles. I have heard that using good gas + italian tune up can extend it a lot tho.Well that is interesting.
