First it was post bill of sale, then post bill of sale with name etc, then post VIN...too much

He doesn't need to disclose any of that for any reason. He got the car. If people want to leverage a dealer then they need to find the right dealer/car just like he did. Having full information of xtypers deal is not going to make another dealer bend over.

You never know, maybe the info can be used to leverage. If you were in the market, you'd want the info as well. Look at it from other peoples perspective.

If I could get a new 2017 for $85k today I would happily sign on the dotted line. I called my local dealer (Again) and proposed the most painless deal possible of $86,500 and they weren't able to make it work. Their internet price is now $94,700 but 8K is still a wide spread. Here is a LINK to the car. They've had it in the showroom for over a year.

I'm ready and able to purchase today in cash but 95% of the dealers want to force me to finance and NOT at 0% ha ha.

Yes. I did so by mentioning other dealers in my area selling at a lower price. All they did was match theirs which was $92,500. The link to that car is HERE. I actually want Gunmetal anyway but Black would be just fine at $86,500!

If I had hinted that I was willing to go north of $86,500 I think they would have played the meet in the middle game but I straight up said I don't have time for all the games. My offer to them and every other dealer in WI / IL will be $86,500 before TTL.

theres a brand new black for 89k flat for sale somewhere at a dealer in the midwest.

Those would probably be more willing to drop down to the desired price you have in mind than a dealer unrealistic as the one still pricing their car at 95k in a market clearly lower than their asking price.
