I had the same problem. Dealer replaced unit under warranty.

my ride is an 08 jdm spec,facing the same issue here,checked with the audio shop and they told me e head unit is cooked...any buddy out there know where to buy recon head unit aka cd player full assy....

They replaced the whole unit. In fact, they first replaced the amp(?) and when that didn't work, they replaced the rest. After i got it back, the rear speakers hissed and cracked EVEN if the radio was off. They finally got it fixed it.
