Hi there

could you please check the dyno graph for my car ( it’s has bl1050x turbo )

the dyno run was at pump gas 95 octan

the tuner told me ,he wasn’t able push Up more boost as the spring for actuators getting weak

the turbo almost new and I didn’t use it much for 2 or 3 rolling race

Tuner inform me that’s may be the 4 port boost controller may help, as me car has 3 port boost controller now

and I was asking some experts about that’s situation , they inform me there is table for WG at map for tune , it’s May course the problem

you know guys if I wana change the springs , I need to drop off the engine

does Anyone face that’s problem?

What is the spring rating for the actuator and how much boost are you able to achieve? Also, what are the wheel specs for those turbos? Post a log showing boost and wastegate duty cycle

Regarding to spring rating , I really don’t know about it , but it’s built in with the actuator came out bl1050x

the boost was achieving 28 psi then not hold , it’s going down to 25 psi

Regarding to wheel it’s OEM on the car 20 Inch

I will make log for the car at full throttle

which parameters should I set on ecuteck to take the log at full throttle ?

Think they are stock frames and turbo folds iirc.

If I remember correctly, you're located in Saudi Arabia. Depending on which part of SA, elevation might have something to do with the max boost those turbos are capable of.

In addition to springs inside the actuators, what is your elevation and atmospheric pressure? Better yet, post a datalog.

I am from saudia arabia eastern province

I will try to do data log in few days and post it up here, weather getting better

As a rule of thumb you can double wastegate spring pressure in terms of boost achieved. Therefore, if you have 1bar springs then achieving 28psi may be a limit. This is also affected by the amount of preload placed on the actuator rod when it was setup on the turbo. The fact that boost hits 28psi and then drops shows the engine becomes less of a restriction as RPM increases and the turbos simply can't keep up with the engine causing pressure to drop. You can test the spring pressure simply by having the tuner set WGDC to 0% and then see how much boost the car makes. I would start there and report back.
