What's needed to upgrade to an alpha9 from an alpha6 and will the stock engine and transmission handle this upgrades?

Thanks Cicio, the in-tank fuel system is the large item that is missing from that list.

The stock motor will handle an Alpha 9 on pump gas, if you intend on running race gas I would suggest building the motor. As for the transmission, it would depend on what you plan on using the car for. If the car is going to see heavy abuse at the drag strip or on the street, we have a few trans packages available that will handle the power.

It is a bit overkill but we prefer not to modify the stock sending unit. It also gives you a lot of room for growth in the future.

Why get a ams9 kit and run pump fuel? Built motor a must! Transmission built a must.

Of course that will be the next step because 650-700 wheel horsepower is good enough for now
