AM/FM Portion of 2009 radio not functioning.

XM and Aux portion of 2009 GTR radio function, but AM/FM module does not. AM/FM presets are not shown and only "FM" or "AM" appears on the display. Tuning and volume do not function when in AM/FM mode. Radio has operated flawlessly for 14.5 years. Clarion will not repair. Suggestions?

I have my factory unit from doing this conversion if you need. I sourced my own parts and bought the harness and backup cam from Legertas. I saved some money but I had some major headaches I didn't know about.
