Well we have our upgraded turbo's ready to go on our test car here at the shop. They look pretty stout. We are working up line kits for it now then on the motor they go and back in the car the new power plant goes

I agree Eric.

I think 600-625whp should be sufficient enough for the track......

However!

For the street and 1/4 mile run, will have to see what these bad boys have in them!

I think on Franks car about 600whp, We don't plan on pushing them just yet. His car is being set up for road course and fast street use. Strung out I would love to see over 750whp but we will have to see as time goes on and we get these on a car looking to turn up the wick.

Its a completely different turbo masked inside stock housings. This allows for a bigger turbo all while still being able to be bolted on
so if the housings are the same what all else can you change? im assuming the impellers. is there anything else?

Great work guys. This approach is definitely the way to go for the increases you've mentioned above.

Have you been able to get a good idea of how big of a housing would fit in the stock location...say, if you wanted to shoot for some ridiculous HP #'s? Would a new manifold need to be developed to lower the the turbo to allow for more room?

AWESOME Job AMS!!!
I just had a few ?'s

-How much CFM are these puppies flowing?
-What PSI is the efficiency range?
-What size injector is recommended?
-Is the OEM fuel pump capable of handling the duties?
-Does AMS have an FMIC upgrade for this turbo upgrade?
-What spark plugs are recommended when boosting high?

Last question, will this upgrade affect my warranty?

Some of those questions we would rather not answer at this time.
Injector is really going to depend on what HP level you are looking at
The OEM pump should be ok for low boost but we will have to test it for higher boost levels
We sure do have an FMIC upgrade. I will have CAD pics up later today

The stock plugs should be ok for a while before having to go with a colder plug

We really want to see how far we can push the car safely with all the stock components we have in place. We are under the school of thought that if it doesn't need to be upgraded then don't

Wow these are nice! These could make the GTR look like a sleeper under the hood.

"This guy here with the GTR only have bolt ons. No turbo upgrade."

"Want to race?"

"Yea sure, my Camaro makes about 450HP on the dyno. It should be a close one."

"You are on buddy!"

*They race and the GTR takes out the Camaro*

"HOLY SHIT! "
