Alhambra Nissan in CA has a blue BE in their showroom as of this afternoon. It's got a $10K addendum sticker on the window but they had the car listed at sticker price on cars.com. I'm waiting for a '13, otherwise I would have that car home by now already.

Was in Salt Lake a couple of weeks ago and saw a Blue B/E at Ken Garf Nissan near downtown. Looked like it had been there awhile as there was a pretty good layer of dust on it. From the sound of it, it is being sold at MSRP. Good luck in the hunt!
