Car looked nice and clean! No indication of any mods; all of the OEM hose clamps had never been moved; all emissions gear still intact; no CEL; engine sounds good on first start (it was a cold start); no oil in coolant or condensation in oil cap. Brake rotors/pads all good; The Dunlops have lots of life left; one tiny ding in the hood next to the drivers headlight; Interior is excellent the only thing I noticed was one small paint chip in the center console cover just to the right of the shifter.

Pending a PPI pass, I'd say go for it.
