I was a bit nervous about trying these as I've run poly mounts in other platforms that really increased in-cabin NVH.

These are a nice compromise - lots stiffer than OEM and little to no noticeable increase for in-cabin Noise/Vibration/Harshness.

Why did you feel you needed to upgrade them?

A turbo kit that easily makes 1k+ tq and has tight fitment in the engine bay.
