I'm not sure about the color - but if you'r spacers reduce the amout of threading significantly for the nut, I would recommend a steel lugnut and not an alloy one. If the spacers have a system where they have their own studs, then there should be no problem and you can safely use an alloy nut.

As a rough guide, you want to see at least 7 full turns of the nut on the stud before it tightens up. With a steel nut you could get away with 5 turns. Ideally the stud needs to poke through the lugnut if it is open ended.
