Hi,

I'm planing two months summer holidays 2016 in USA.

Me and my two sons love kite (doughter is to young) so we would like to go to some good place for kiteing

Idea is to teach them English and kite for fun

We like camping to meet with as many people possible and not spend fortune

Any suggestions are very welcome

Hi mate I'm an Aussie that has spent a bit of time in USA kiteing. I'm no expert on the place but my favorite sports where.
(1) Cape Hatteras
(2) Hood River
(3) San Diego

Least favourite
(1) Miami
(2) LA

Cape Hatteras is close to NY which makes that spot best logistic choice.

Do you recommend any place to stay?

Sorry I can't even remember where I stayed. I'm a pretty nomadic Traveler and only book a couple hours in advance of where I'll be sleeping the night. If you Google [cape hatteras kitesurfing] you get a 1000 of hits.

Now strange question

My wife wants us to stay with other people in their house to maximise English conversations...

So idea is to rent a big room or two rooms in somebody house, ups - that can be hard

Is that possible in that area?

Yes, look for a B&B thy caters to ocean activities.

The Cape is good as is Charleston, SC.

Bed & Breakfast for sure. I use "Yelp" (iphone/android app) for reviews.

I used to stay in Hotels for few days when I visted US so I have no experience with B&B.

What do you think? How much can one month stay cost at B&B?
