Just wanted to share a recent build/tune we did for a customer of ours.

The goal was pretty simple...MAX the stock turbos out on E85! The car will be getting bigger turbos in the very near future, but until then we decided to have a little fun.

We will be taking it to the drag strip in the next couple weeks to put some real world numbers behind the dyno sheet, but for now I figured I would post the graph

More to come....

A boost curve to acheive that might be interesting ;-)
Nicely done though (just pistons/rods or are the heads worked out ?).

What's helping them boost that hight? Just better gates holding the pressure? Sick numbers.

+1

On my 09 stock turbos in Vegas with upgraded actuators and 100%WG it would only hold 14psi by redline.. the highest i have ever seen on a 09-2011 is 15.5 psi by redline..

Sam, 150% wastegate duty cycle....
Crank the rods down. Put a spring on the WG rod. There are ways.

On the dyno with my Typhoon one day, couldn't get more than about 20 psi. During the pull, I reached in with a glove and closed the gate by hand, and boost went up. So I wired the WG shut.
