Can the car cover be washed?

I keep my car covered in the garage, but the cover has got some stuff on it that doesn't wipe off. Has anyone tried washing one of these with good results. I thought maybe cold water and gentle cycle?

I would suggest you use a commercial washing machine due to its size; dry it under the sun.

I washed mine and it is fine. I dont recall the exact setting I used but I did use cold water.
