First of all, I know that causes of P1148 and P0031 have been covered several times in other post. The point of this post is to narrow down if its a tuning issue or an installation problem before the finger pointing begins. I've already shown my installer these codes prior to driving off with the car following an installation of a CATTED downpipe.

Basically, the AF in Bank 1 is not moving (the min and max are virtually identical). Is this indicative of a bad or misplaced O2 Sensor?
