Doesnt seem to make sense financially for me ,
all said and done Im look at 30% of taxes
On top of the almost 30% exchange rate .

Im better off waiting for a good deal in Canada .

Ill just wait to find one in Canada, not to mention the exchange rate is closer to 27-28%
