E Tune needed for Cobb AP

On my 2nd GTR, haven't been on here in years. Never posted a question before, here goes.
2017 GTR Premium. FBO, Trailered the car to AMS, dyno tuned in Feb 2019.
So a couple issues have come up, slight missing at idle when warm, and 3-4 times it cutout when accelerating from around
3000 RPM.
So i need the tune looked at, called AMS they no longer work with the Cobb AP, just Ecutek now , told me to find a tuner who can.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

Do you have factory cats installed? Flex sensor can bus? If not then you’re screwed.

I had the same issue. Switched to ecutek. I did mine through Ben Linney.
How much did you pay for the switch to ecutek from cob?

It’s like starting all over from scratch.

Ecutek
Bluetooth module
Custom tunes
Dyno time (or remote)
I got a quote from my tunner to switch $2600. Ouch. When cicio does my motor and turbos they can tune it then.

2600k is too high
1800-1900$ is about right (inc. the custom tune)

Needs to buy Ecutek with a license and bluetooth, dyno time, custom tune with different maps.

Think $2,600 is pretty cheap with $1,100 for Ecutek.

When you get built would just need the tuning and dyno time then ;)

Well .. i know couple friends who did it here for $1800 with all that stuff.

So i don't know what's the deal 🤷‍♂️
$3k is probably the going rate these days with dyno tuning and fuel changes during the process. The below was from Jan 2021 so I would imagine costs have increased.

Tuning from my current tuner for an upgraded turbo car is around $1300 without Ecutek licensing, dongle, or dyno time so $2400 for a street tune and Ecutek sounds about right if Ecutek is now $1100.

I switched from COBB to EcuTek as the tunes for COBB were as much if not more than EcuTek. My EcuTek setup was $1750 (license, hardware and tunes) with Sam Barros. It's etuned but the 3 months of free revisions and the data logging he requests, I felt was a great deal.

Great price, on par with what others have posted above when you pull out the dyno session.
