If I'm moving the whole Bellhousing, with everything to a new engine, what would be the correct way of doing it so everything is balanced properly again?

We took off the Bellhousing, and that leaves us with two plates, one is bolted to the engine, and the other goes on the Bellhousing shaft.

What's the correct way of installing these back on a new engine? The right procedure?

And now since I have the bellhousing down, how do I check for bad parts that cause the rattle after some time?

Thank you for the help.
