Friend is getting his GTR delivered next week - looking to do a few pulls (NY/NY)

My friend is taking delivery of his GTR next week and is looking to meet up with a few other GTRs (or any other fast cars) and maybe do a few friendly pulls.

He doesn't go on the forums but he asked me to make a post for him. If anyone is in the tri-state area and wants to meet up sometime next week let me know.

Yea theres quite a few GTR owners on here from the Tristate area. Would be nice if someone could organize a meet.

I'm going to organize a meet for beginning/middle of October. It will be somewhere on long island, probably Nassau county so it's right in the middle for both Suffolk and city people. I already have 4-5 GTR owners that want to meet up, not including people on the forum. Keep an eye out for the meet I'm going to make the thread soon.

I might be able to stop by that meet, Sunday is the only day of the week I can do a daytime meet.

When I set up a meet I was thinking something like a Wednesday or Thursday night meet, somewhere around the Roosevelt Field Mall area. I would be down for a Friday/Saturday night meet, but I think some people will have other plans and rather not go to a car meet on those nights. I will post a feeler thread soon.

Yea a mid-week meet would be the best. Sometime between 8-9pm range.

We're going to be holding a dyno-day in october right here at the shop. Prices are unconfirmed (but we're thinking in the ballpark of 50$ for 2 pulls. hp/tq + A/F)
The shop GTR will be there for sure...not "officially" announced yet, but we're in the same area as you (farmingdale), so maybe we can coordinate on this?

I am not sure yet.. i will not have my car back for another week (maybe 2) from the motor build. Once its back ill def be there. Let me know if you still plan on going, i'll try and get there with somehting else fun to play with everyone

RPM is having a meet tonight. I wil be out there with my car and a tuned 997 turbo.

the turbo should be a good run for ur friend. Theres usually some fast cars there and it 1 block from the LIE


Should be out there like 9ish
