Anyone have any input on control arm bushings? My car is a stock ride height 2012 with 150k on the chassis. I think it’s time for some bushing replacement as I have some slop and shimmying in the front end.

I have seen Whiteline, Powerflex, $PL, SuperProand would like to see some input for a street driven car.

Generally, polyurethane bushings will be stiffer than OEM bushings, in an older car sometimes this can lead to more rattling and noise. For more comfort consider OEM but for more responsive handling then aftermarket is an option.

I remember having prothane engine mounts from my DSM days. I’d prefer solid feel with extra noises than a sloppy, shimmying front end.

With the mileage I have on my chassis it’s forever going to creak and crack.
