Sold my 2010 gtr car a few months back this was uninstalled from it
it has a switzer canned tune from they're p600 , air filters, and midpipe with
cat back exhaust . was never real impressed with it but never had problems either.
car ran 11.4-11.5 at 124-125 mph on cali 91 octane

yes you can have stage 1 with stock setup, and just midpipe , and mid +catback..
also you can get custom tune..
