Like some of you, I have now had some lights go dead in my dash gauge cluster. Currently, my fuel and temp gauge lights are dead. My service manager ordered the requisite replacement parts about three weeks ago, but no ETA yet. For those of you who had this replacement done, how long until your replacement cluster arrived, and how many days did the replacement take?

Thanks in advance for this info.

I had mine replaced last month. Arrived 2-3 days after ordered; dropped car off in morning & picked up that evening. Also had diff fluids changed. Got loaner, too.

It seems that many of these have been failing recently. I'd say 40-50% of Austin owners had had theirs replaced.

I dropped the car off in the am so they could get the order in. The part was in the next day and the car was ready that afternoon. I took it in on the day that they do their regular parts order so you might want to check on that.

To all who have had this problem, I contacted Nissan Customer Service and asked if they had actually fixed the problem. Of course they had no answer so I did have them note in my file that if it happens again regardless of the status of my warranty I will expect Nissan to pay to fix it again.

I would suggest doing the same. It can't hurt.
