For a clean, well-maintained GT-R being sold by an individual or non-Nissan dealership (with little to no warranty remaining other than powertrain), what is a good price?

I am looking at two 2009's

1) Black/Black with 29k miles. Two owner. No warranty. Owned by individual in Texas. He's asking $61,000.
2) Red/Black with 21k miles. One owner. 6 months remaining on warranty. At an indy dealership. Asking $65,000.

There are a bunch of cars out there for $62,000 that have mileage into the 30k+ range that just don't appeal to me.

I'd say wait a bit and get a 2010, it has an improved transmission and you will get an extra year of waranty, thats what I am doing

I saw a RED 2009 with 20k miles in Chicago I liked but I decided to wait. They wanted 62-64k for this one if you are interested
