call and start a new case and use a different customer service advisor.
Had the same issue when calling to inquire about some carbon fiber warranty stuff. Called thursday, no response so far (Tuesday @ 11:30 PM). Seems like terrible customer service for a line dedicated to just gtr customers. A little frustrating and disappointing IMHO
This is strange, until this thread I have heard nothing but good things regarding the GTR Hotline (of North America)..
Got a quicker response from Nissan OF Japan, I did bring up the issue of CSR @ Nissan / nashville / USA, do not like to reply or return calls.Been hounding Richard 615-725-7544 on my case, left multiple phone messages, but have yet to hear back. Something's going on there.
