What services do they offer? I tried to complain that I didn't get a loaner car at my dealership while it was getting all fluids serviced. Lady was rude and dismissive, only was concerned with warranty issues. I told her they should make dealers treat us gtr owners better.

call and start a new case and use a different customer service advisor.

Had the same issue when calling to inquire about some carbon fiber warranty stuff. Called thursday, no response so far (Tuesday @ 11:30 PM). Seems like terrible customer service for a line dedicated to just gtr customers. A little frustrating and disappointing IMHO

Wow I get through and able to talk to a live person about 70% of the time. I call around 10am or 4pm and it seems to do the trick.

Nissan customer service is the worst regardless of if you own a GT-R or not.
