call and start a new case and use a different customer service advisor.
Wow I get through and able to talk to a live person about 70% of the time. I call around 10am or 4pm and it seems to do the trick.
Had the same issue when calling to inquire about some carbon fiber warranty stuff. Called thursday, no response so far (Tuesday @ 11:30 PM). Seems like terrible customer service for a line dedicated to just gtr customers. A little frustrating and disappointing IMHO

Got a quicker response from Nissan OF Japan, I did bring up the issue of CSR @ Nissan / nashville / USA, do not like to reply or return calls.Been hounding Richard 615-725-7544 on my case, left multiple phone messages, but have yet to hear back. Something's going on there.

Good call on keeping a log. I never remember to do shit like that.I have a log of the past week each time I tried to call and each time I left a message. This is my first time trying to call the hotline, but this experience sucked for me.
