They don't say a lot about the engine itself, but I think I remember it being a "Hi-Deck" block. That is a sleeved with deckplate RB. ~2.8 liters. about 170 cubic inches. 1 horsepower per cubic inch used to be a big deal. 100 per, on methanol ain't bad.
