thanks Wicked for info ill try , currently cars apart with valve body of her been so for about 1 month Ive been stagnating :censored:
Its fitted with a stand alone Motec M1 system so i believe it may need different software to log which i don't have

Most guys in Australia play there cards pretty close to there chests and don't give out much info.

would you happen to know which fault - codes a pressure sensor trow?

Thank you Wicked 馃榿馃榿

Hi Berger,

Are you in Sydney? Did precision build this?

If you want to do the work yourself, and the connectors inside the pan look ok, can you remove the box and pull the front off to check the condition of the clutch valve body connectors?

Have you had a look at the earths on the trans? (One one just above the two trans connectors and one coming off the rear trans to subframe mount)

Hi Mick
yes it is a Precision did build this PR12
the green connector near the valve body looks ok but it doesn't seam to have a really positive lock this is the one that goes to the oil pump
through the case to the clutch.
all earths are fine i just rechecked then.
with regards to fuses all fine unless there are more hiding somewhere?
yep i am in Sydney where are you?

Ironically has had an ETS failure (Unscrewing ) broken FWD drive shaft .... since purchasing the car maybe driven 400km and its the same as whats happened with you previously in 2019
Mick what was the cause of your ETS unscrewing?

I got precision to fix my ETS after I did the removal as they had all the specific tools. They seemed unsure as to the exact cause but my otherwise stock car at the time had the ball retainer inside the ETS, so it had obviously been pulled apart and pulled back together. They think that perhaps someone overtightened the cap and caused too much preload but there is no confirmed answer. So far, it hasn't unscrewed itself but I bought a shep 1k so the stock box sits on the side lines.

My connecter to the clutch valve body seems to have a fairly strong connection when plugging it in. I did have to remove the box and get into the front section recently though. It turned out the black plastic piece that connects all the solenoids on the clutch valve body had been pulled off a couple of the solenoid pins. Once I pulled it off, straightened the pins, and refitted it all, I fixed my issue. Something to look at for you but obviously it involves removing the entire trans and pulling the front section off to have a look.

I'm in Canberra, so Precision is my closest GTR shop as well.

The only fuse box I'm aware of is the footwell and engine bay ones. As far as I know, the only trans fuse is inside the engine bay fuse box.

as long is its OK now sounds like you have the issue fixed. Should have re-booked at precision when the FWD drive shaft snapped after they canceled my 1st booking some time ago
which codes were you getting Mick

I got P0748 - Pressure solenoid 'A' Electrical (so, different to yours) which was the solenoid on Clutch A.

Have a look at your valve body in the centre section of the trans and see if one of the wires has been damaged on the upper side of it.
